Liam Neeson finally explains what the “particular set of skills” from Taken actually are

Weapons training? Check. Shooting? Check. Juggling? Er…

Liam Neeson and that Taken quote go hand in hand. You know the one? Neeson, as retired CIA agent Bryan Mills, threatens the men who have kidnapped his daughter Kim with the memorable monologue:

“What I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you” etc etc…

But what exactly are these skills? He’s never been very specific, has he?

Well, thanks to a spoof trailer for (the currently non existent) Taken 4, in which US chat show host Jimmy Kimmel has supposedly stolen Paco the dog from Neeson’s friend, the actor is finally forced to explain them in more detail.

So, after all these years, here are the particular set of skills that the Taken star boasts:

1. Weapons training

2. Shooting [“They’re kind of the same thing,” Kimmel notes]

3. Juggling

4. Horseback riding

5. Origami

6. … And I did three years of high school Spanish

It was better when we didn’t know, wasn’t it?

Taken 3 is in cinemas now
