Frozen’s Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf finally have a date to come back to the big screen.
The much-loved animated classic, which was released in UK cinemas just under a year ago, will be returning to cinema screens in March 2015 with a spin-off that is set to debut alongside Disney’s new live-action Cinderella.
The short, entitled Frozen Fever, will premiere in cinemas before fans watch Kenneth Branagh’s take on the classic fairytale, starring Downton Abbey’s Lily James and Game of Thrones’ Richard Madden, as well as Cate Blanchett, Helena Bonham Carter, Holliday Grainger and Sophie McShera.
The Frozen spin-off will return to the city of Arendelle for Anna’s birthday. “Elsa and Kristoff are determined to give her the best celebration ever, but Elsa’s icy powers may put more than just the party at risk,” reads the film’s plot description.
Lovable snowman Olaf will also make an appearance, as will a new song – so get ready to learn all the words and sing it incessantly for months and months and months. It’s a good job we never did Let It Go, eh?
Cinderella will be in UK cinemas 27th March 2015
