Game of Thrones video game trailer features amazing CGI Dinklage

The first teaser for Telltale's Game of Thrones video game stuns with virtual versions of Tyrion, Cersei and Margaery Tyrell

When you play the game of the Game of Thrones, you win or you die or you restart. The first teaser for Game of Thrones: Iron From Ice gives the citizens of Westeros a CG makeover, and very impressive it is to.

Produced by Telltale Games, who made the fantastic/harrowing Walking Dead series video games, it puts you in charge of one of the world’s lesser houses: the tree-themed Forresters.

Playing as different members of the clan, you navigate the labyrinthine politics and bloody violence that surround the Iron Throne, chatting with some familiar faces on the way.

The cast from the TV lend their voices as well as their faces, and Cersei can be heard giving a typically backhanded speech in the trailer.

There will be six individual ‘episodes’, with every decision you make changing the progression of the story. It takes place during the events of season four, so there are minor spoilers below.

Game of Thrones: Iron from Ice is scheduled for release this year on home consoles, Mac, PC and iOS

Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey)

Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage)

Margaery Tyrell (Natalie Dormer)

Ramsay Snow/Bolton (Iwan Rheon)
