Camp Saviour continues to grow as Amy Willerton is voted in with Kian Egan and Joey Essex.
Their mission? To complete tasks and win immunity tokens for themselves or their fellow campmates to avoid being sent home in the public vote.
So far they’re doing really great at it. Joey and Kian voted to save Laila Morse, who couldn’t believe her bad luck, given she’d made it pretty ruddy clear she wanted to go home.
Even Rebecca Adlington’s fantastic efforts in the Bushtucker Trial – which saw her bring back all ten stars- wasn’t really enough to lift the mood of the camp.
Alfonso Ribeiro, as promised, erupted at Matthew Wright after a disagreement over how many days their contracts said they had to stay in the jungle. While Annabel Giles was taught how to use tools by the men, because of course she couldn’t have joined in the fun game which enabled them to win treats without their instruction.
No, they didn’t sense the sarcastic tone.
Having said that, when mud crab arrived for dinner after one had desperately tried to pinch, nip and generally foil Rebecca’s chances in the trial, it was enough to get a chuckle out of the swimmer.
Anyway far more importantly, after a heart to heart with Kian in the jungle, in which the pair discussed their rise to fame, Joey even gave us a handy definition of the word reem.
“Reem means sick, excellent, cool, wicked, lovely, nice, fit and amazing and really cool,”
From tonight, Amy will join the boys and battle to earn more immunity tokens. Probably for Alfonso and Matthew the way they’re going.
