Strictly Come Dancing: week nine song and dance list revealed

From Celine Dion to Michael Buble via Amy Winehouse and Florence and the Machine, Strictly's celebrity line up are pulling out all the stops for this weekend's live show

Well, what a show the celebrities put on in Blackpool. We had dramatic Paso Dobles, banging Charlestons, almost top scores and a farewell for Bond girl Fiona Fullerton.

This week we are leaving the bright lights of ballroom’s birthplace behind and heading back to the Strictly studio. But don’t go thinking that means the dancers won’t be pulling out all the stops…

Susanna Reid and Natalie Gumede, who both racked up 39 points last week, will be hoping to achieve that perfect score. Susanna is no doubt perfecting her Cha Cha as I type while Natalie will planning to impress with Rihanna-inspired Tango.

Meanwhile, Mark will be hoping to stay out of the bottom two with a Foxtrot to It’s a Beautiful Day. And Sophie Ellis Bextor will have her fingers crossed that a Rumba to Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow will prove she’s got what it takes to be a serious contender.

Here’s the full list:

Ashley and Ola: Waltzing – I Will Always Love You by Claudia Streza

Patrick and Anya:  Viennese Waltz – A New Day Has Come by Celine Dion

Abbey and Aljaz: Paso Doble – You Got The Love by Florence and the Machine

Sophie and Brendan: Rumba – Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow by Amy Winehouse

Mark and Iveta: Foxtrot – It’s A Beautiful Day by Michael Buble

Susanna and Kevin: Cha Cha – Hound Dog from Smokey Joe’s Café

Ben and Kristina: Charleston-  No Diggity by Minimatic

Natalie and Artem: Tango – Where Have You Been by Rihanna

Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6:30pm on BBC1.
