Smoked salmon, dill and lemon pasta

- penne 150g
- smoked salmon 100g, cut into strips
- dill 1/2 a small bunch
- chopped lemon 1, zested and juiced plus wedges if you like
1.Cook the pasta following pack instructions. Put the salmon, dill, lemon juice and zest in a large bowl.
2.Drain the pasta then tip into the salmon bowl and toss everything together. Season with a bit of extra dill and an extra lemon wedge if you like.
