  • penne 150g
  • smoked salmon 100g, cut into strips
  • dill 1/2 a small bunch
  • chopped lemon 1, zested and juiced plus wedges if you like
  • 1.Cook the pasta following pack instructions. Put the salmon, dill, lemon juice and zest in a large bowl.
  • 2.Drain the pasta then tip into the salmon bowl and toss everything together. Season with a bit of extra dill and an extra lemon wedge if you like.
