Lamb and spinach pide

  • pizza or ciabatta dough mix 175g
  • extra-lean lamb mince 100g
  • red onion 1, halved and sliced
  • ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • ground cumin 1/2 tsp
  • spinach 200g, chopped

  • 1.Make up the dough following packet instructions then divide into two.
  • 2.Heat a non-stick frying pan then add the lamb mince and onion. Cook until the lamb is browned and onion softened. Add the spices and spinach and keep cooking until the spinach has wilted.
  • 3.Season.
  • 4.Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Roll the dough into two long oval shapes. pile the mix on top then twist the ends. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
