Keira Knightley filming lesbian romp flick in Seattle

Shooting on Laggies has began in Washington with the British star and Chloe Moretz

New steamy indie movie Laggies, staring Keira Knightley (Pirates of the Caribbean) and Chloe Moretz (500 Days of Summer, Hugo) is filming now in Seattle.

Director Lynn Shelton has been posting pictures of the shoot on her Twitter account here and the crew has been spotted at the historic Washington State Ferry MV Skansonia, at 205 NE Northlake Way, in the city.

The movie sees Knightley’s character Megan reacting badly to her boyfriend’s marriage proposal and heading off on a made-up ‘business trip’, where she meets 16-year-old Annika, played by Moretz.

The pair will apparently lock lips in intimate lesbian scenes, with a Daily Star source quoted as saying “No one is talking about the physical scenes yet, but Keira and Chloe will be seen together and there will be some lesbian love action. It’s set to be very saucy, and will definitely get male fans hot under the collar.” Ahem.

Anne Hathaway was originally cast for the lead role of Megan, but was unable to commit due to conflicting filming dates.

Laggies is currently slated for release on 9 May 2014.
