“As someone that flies regularly, I love nothing more than to kick back and relax and enjoy the great amenities and service British Airways first class has to offer”, Bloom said.

The Bloom household are clearly big fans of flying, since his wife, Australian model Miranda Kerr, has begun working with BA’s competitors – Australian airline Qantas.

Kerr was snapped on the catwalk in Sydney last week posing in Qantas’ new black, red and pink uniform.

Qantas and British Airways were in a partnership for 17 years, but have since gone their separate ways – BA now partnering with Cathay Pacific, and Qantas with Emirates Airlines.

Qantas CEO Alan Joyce said that the couple’s work for the rival airlines didn’t signal a return to its previous partnership with BA. “We’re not going to marry British Airways with Qantas to keep the couple together,” he said. “We tried that before and it didn’t work.”
