See Greg James, Jack Dee and Dara O Briain take on Comic Relief’s Hell and High Water challenge

Chelsee Healey, Mel C and Phillips Idowu also set off down Africa's Zambezi river to raise £1 million

Last month, six celebrities set off on a mission to make it down 100km of the deadly Zambezi river to raise money for Comic Relief.

Comedians Jack Dee and Dara O Briain, former Spice Girl Mel C, Radio 1 DJ Greg James, Waterloo Road and Strictly star Chelsee Healey and Olympic athlete Phillips Idowu all embarked on an epic five-day journey down the Zambezi, through dangerous rapids and over the edge of a 200ft gorge.

Take a look at how they got on…

Comic Relief: Through Hell and High Water is on Thursday 14 March at 8:00pm on BBC1.
