Emily Watson is nominated for the Leading Actress award at this year’s Bafta TV Awards for her role in ITV mini-series Appropriate Adult, with Nadine Marshall, star of Channel 4’s Random, Romola Garai (pictured) for her performance in BBC2’s Gothic period drama The Crimson Petal and the White and Vicky McClure for This Is England ’88, Shane Meadows’s sequel to his Channel 4 series.
