Arnie needs you! Schwarzenegger’s appeal to fans for help with autobiography

"A million minds are better than a few," says Terminator star in his address to followers

Action movie legend Arnold Schwarzenegger has appealed to his fans for help with the writing of his forthcoming autobiography.

The former governator announced last year that his memoir, Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story, would be released by Simon & Schuster in October 2012.

But the Terminator star took to his Facebook page earlier this week to ask for guidance on what to include in the book.

He wrote: “I need your help. I have been working on my book, Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story, for quite a while now, and later today we are having a brainstorming session to talk about themes, stories, and ideas I might have missed.

“A million minds are better than a few, so I’m asking you to let me know: what do you want to hear about? What themes in my life? Are their (sic) any stories you really want to hear? Give me your ideas. You can all consider yourselves my co-writers.”

Fans have so far responded with questions about his upbringing, his body-building career and experiences as an actor and politician.

Schwarzenegger is currently filming action movie The Tomb alongside Sylvester Stallone and Vinnie Jones, and has recently been linked with a proposed sequel to the 1989 comedy, Twins.

He will also have been back on the big screen opposite Stallone this summer, when The Expendables 2 is released on Friday 17 August.
