Since we relaunched RadioTimes.com last summer, we’ve been busy listening to your feedback and making changes based on what you’ve told us.
Today, you’ll probably have noticed a new masthead and clearer navigation at the top of the site. This isn’t the first change and won’t be the last as we strive to deliver you the best user experience possible.
Although much of what we’ve done so far has been terribly techy and boring behind-the-scenes tinkering, hopefully you’ve noticed some real improvements on the site already.
For example, when you told us you didn’t like the recommendations in the middle of the listings grid, we moved them. When you said you wanted the vertical list view of the listings back, we made this a priority.
But we’re not stopping there. Over the next few months you’ll see a whole raft of improvements across the site based on what you’ve been telling us.
Expect even clearer listings with enhanced personalisation, a speedier website, a new homepage design, plus a beefed-up Watchlist that’ll be more useful than ever.
And that’s not the end of it, we’re still listening. Even while we’re making RadioTimes.com better than ever, we’re interested in hearing what you’ve got to say about the site – your feedback is important to us.
