Trailer: Being Human series four

See a teaser for the fourth outing of BBC3's supernatural drama

The BBC has released the trailer for Being Human’s fourth season.

Created by Toby Whithouse and first broadcast in 2008, Being Human follows a group of supernatural beings, including a vampire, a ghost and two werewolves, who live together in a shared house in South Wales.

Series four begins with original cast members Russell Tovey and Lenora Crichlow reeling from the aftermath of Aidan Turner’s character’s death at the end of season three, and will see some further shake-ups as it unfolds.

Tovey is said to be leaving the show at some point during the series, and Sinead Keenan is not returning for the fourth season.

As well as a glimpse of the tension bubbling among Being Human’s principal characters, the trailer also offers us our first look at Harry Potter actor Mark Williams’s guest appearance as Regus in the series.

A UK transmission date for series four has yet to be announced, but it will premiere in the States on BBC America on Saturday 25 February.
