The teenage business-tainment format could only manage 3.4 million viewers (a 12.8 per cent share) last night on BBC1 between 9pm and 10pm.
At the same time over on ITV1, 8.5 million (a 31.5 per cent share) tuned in to follow the antics of Fatima Whitbread, Jessica-Jane Clement, Antony Cotton and company as they continued to live it up on a diet of jungle rice, beans and the occasional kangaroo testicle. A further 500,000 tuned in to enjoy Mark Wright’s continued attempts to woo the new addition to the camp, Australian model and DJ Emily Scott, and Pat Sharp’s covert mission to watch her shower in a bikini on ITV1+1.
Elsewhere at 9pm, The Choir: Military Wives attracted 2.7 million viewers (a 9.9 per cent share) to BBC2, Britain’s Greatest Codebreaker was watched by 1.4 million people (a 5.4 per cent share) on Channel 4, and the final part of Channel 5’s The Hotel Inspector was seen by 1.4 million viewers, a five per cent share of all those watching television at that time.
