Wearing its politically incorrect badges with some pride - although the guys get their comeuppance in the end - this breezy sex comedy is still a lot of fun. MTV host and comic Bill Bellamy is the wonderfully conceited stud who takes time out to show his chums how to be a player - that is, how to keep all sorts of girls happy while still remaining in a long-term relationship (with girlfriend Lark Voorhies). However, he has not reckoned on his sister (Natalie Desselle), who thinks it's time that this particular player got a red card. Subtlety doesn't come into it, but the playing is enthusiastic and Lionel C Martin's energetic direction ensures it never flags.
