A Business Affair

It's hard to believe that the combined talents of Christopher Walken and Jonathan Pryce could produce such a lacklustre film. Pryce plays a novelist whose writer's block is seriously aggravated when his wife (Carole Bouquet) achieves sudden success as a novelist. To make matters worse, she elopes with her husband's literary agent (Walken). Charlotte Brandstrom's film has everything going for it, but it's simply too fluffy for the heavyweight cast. This might have worked better had it been made as a French language movie.
