Review

A star rating of 3 out of 5.

Based on the transcripts from a child abuse trial in Miami in 1984, this is a well-played TV drama that follows the efforts of a husband-and-wife team of psychologists (played by Jill Clayburgh and Brad Davis of Midnight Express fame) to gather incriminating evidence from their child witnesses. An often disturbing but well-meaning film, which also features, in minor roles, Bebe Neuwirth - the frosty Lilith from Frasier - and Terence Knox.
