Timestalkers

Science fiction comes to the Wild West in this sharply told TV time-travel adventure. College professor William Devane, a collector of Old West artefacts, travels back in time to the American frontier with mysterious Lauren Hutton, to track down evil gunslinger Klaus Kinski, who has appropriated modern technology for his murderous spree. Thanks to an inventive, well-plotted script by Brian Clemens, and Michael Schultz's fast-paced direction, it all makes eminent sense as the action hurtles toward its gripping conclusion.
