Summary
Diane Keaton and Jeremy Irons co-star in writer-director Dennis Dugan's romantic comedy, which proves a walk down the aisle can sound the death knell for a seemingly solid relationship. Wedding caterer Lawrence (Irons) reluctantly agrees to a blind date - literally - with Sara (Keaton) and her trusty guide dog. Meanwhile, Jessie (Maggie Grace) is dumped by her boyfriend during a romantic parachute jump as she attempts to get her business as a wedding planner off the ground. A broken heart may cloud Jessie's judgment when she is hired to oversee the nuptials of one of Boston's political rising stars (Dennis Staroselsky).
