A star rating of 2 out of 5.

John Ferguson

The thriller that made Shannon Whirry a favourite of the top-shelf brigade, and one which went some way to establishing a template for the whole erotic thriller genre. This sleazy study of voyeurism has Maxwell Caulfield playing a sexually frustrated policeman who discovers he would rather videotape his wife (Whirry) in bed with other men and women than sleep with her himself. Director Gregory Hippolyte, who became one of the genre's leading directors, presents the many couplings with some panache, but he can't hide the fact that this is really just Emmanuelle for the 1990s.
