Summary
This movie is based on the true story of Venezuelan revolutionary, Ilich Ramirez Sanchez, nicknamed Carlos the Jackal, who founded a worldwide terrorist organisation and raided the OPEC headquarters in 1975. He was eventually caught by the French police.
