Review

A star rating of 1 out of 5.

The great Ginger Rogers bowed out of films in the 1950s but returned briefly in the 1960s to make two new movies, this one and later a biopic Harlow. This features Rogers as the madam of a brothel and was supposed to be the first of a new string of Rogers comedies produced by her ex-husband William Marshall. No further titles were made and this film itself wasn't released until 1971. Once it was unleashed it was easy to understand why it had been shelved for so long. Notable only for an early appearance by a young Elliott Gould.
