Review
Few German cartoons have made it to this country and if this crude canine comedy is anything to go by, it's easy to see why. The storyline clearly owes a debt to The Aristocats, even though this time it's a pair of malevolent (and very odd looking) twins that attempts to prevent a pet from inheriting a fortune. The graphic style is way below Disney standard, but what will alienate younger viewers is the resistibility of the four-legged stars - Bella the labrador circus artiste who becomes an heiress and JD, the mutt she'd like to become her beau.
