Summary
In this two-part film, one couple being Jackie and Che who are at opposite ends of their high school reputation that is at the forefront of their problems. The other love story includes a star soccer player who is in need of a heart transplant. When he meets the girlfriend of his heart donor, they end up feeling a connection despite her tragic loss. My First Romance is a Filipino Star Cinema film.
