Fallen star Dolph Lundgren reaches rock bottom in this absurdly expensive straight-to-video movie that frequently looks worse than films made for a third or less of its $12 million budget. The muddled storyline has something to do with a spirit that travels from body to body, searching for a holy door that will release evil on earth if opened. Lundgren plays a preacher intent on stopping it; this he does by punching possessed people in the back of their heads with a spiked glove. Sloppy editing, cheap optical effects and ear-splitting music add to the technical incompetence that prevails throughout.
