Summary
The cowardly canine and his friends enter an off-road racing contest, and end up joining forces with a host of wrestling superstars to uncover the real identity of a mysterious phantom who is plotting to sabotage the race. Animated comedy, with the voices of Matthew Lillard and Frank Welker
