Review
What is to be said about a movie where Richard Kiel ("Jaws" from the Bond films) manages to be boring as a villain? Only that his lacklustre performance seems to come from a realization of the stupidity of the storyline, in which two dumb truck drivers (twins David and Peter Paul) are caught in a conspiracy to transport toxic waste. Had they played their characters as good-natured naive, their bumbling would have been more tolerable than these stupid-to-the-point-of-being-annoying characters. Still, as Cheech and Chong are to drugs, the Paul brothers are the only ones who could have delivered the few laughs there are with this material, including the repeated chant, "Chicken bone! Chicken bone! Lucky, lucky chicken bone!"
