Summary
Manny, a youngster worried about starting at a new school finds a mysterious collar and puts it on his dog - who is then magically transformed into a boy. The two inseparable friends go to school together, but Manny feels rejected when his former pet becomes the most popular kid in school by continuing to behave like a dog.
