Summary

Eric Roberts, that actor who just can't seem to say no to any script, shows better judgment with this nifty little thriller. The territory is familiar enough - police snapper Roberts becomes a murder suspect when he falls for a femme fatale - but director David Hartwell's jump-start direction and quirky eye distinguish it from other straight-to-video fodder. Roberts is less mannered than usual and is well supported by Kelly Preston and R Lee Ermey.
