Martial-arts crime drama starring Marc Singer and Finn Carter. The mayor of a small town mysteriously dies after she discovers a local industrialist has been dumping toxic waste - prompting her estranged sister, a former member of a crack martial-arts unit, to launch her own revenge operation.
Finn Carter is a feisty kickboxer who returns to her small home town following the mysterious death of her estranged sister Suzanne, who was the local mayor. Discovering that Suzanne's business partner (Frank Gorshin) was up to no good, Carter decides to dispense her own brand of justice. Clichéd but at least not boring, it also features B-movie favourite Marc Singer. Fans of female action films will find the all-woman Special Forces team of particular interest.
