Summary
A modern day "Bonnie and Clyde", Dwayne and Darla-Jean are two serial killers who made their way through southern states on a crime spree. "Murder in the Heartland" presents documentary interviews of family, friends, and law enforcement and actual found footage shot by the couple, who videotaped all of their illegal activity on a tape police are covering up, but calling "Video X".
