Summary

Horror thriller starring Jeff Fahey. The victim of a car crash, criminal psychologist Bill Chrushank, has his right arm replaced in a piece of pioneering surgery. However, plagued by mood swings and nightmares, he is alarmed to learn the donor of his "new" limb was an executed killer and Bill was not the only beneficiary of his limbs. Deeply troubled by these discoveries, Bill's life falls apart as he wonders whether evil is only skin deep.

Review

A star rating of 3 out of 5.

From the writers of novels that inspired the film classics Diabolique and Vertigo comes this not-so-classic sci-fi horror, blending hi-tech surgery with low-grade shocks. After a car accident, prison psychiatrist Jeff Fahey has the arm of an executed killer grafted on to his shoulder, which develops a murderous life of its own. Then he meets other recipients of the psycho's body parts suffering similar symptoms. Near Dark screenplay writer Eric Red directs all this sinister lunacy with a sure hand but is it his own? An outrageously ghoulish thriller if you can keep a straight face!
