Summary
A clumsy chauffeur is hypnotized by a cult to kill the father of his fiancée, a congressman who's suing the cult for fraud, and encounters several weird characters during the days leading up to his wedding.

John Candy is reunited with some old chums from his Canadian TV days (Eugene Levy and Joe Flaherty) for this wildly erratic comedy. Candy plays a nice but dim driver engaged to the daughter of a politician who finds himself caught up in his prospective father-in-law's battle against a cult. Directed by David Steinberg, this is let down by a script with more misses than hits, but Candy is as effortlessly appealing as ever.
