Review

A star rating of 2 out of 5.

The story here is rich in melodramatic potential but, sadly, the rather wooden cast fails to make the most of it. Lee Horsley (can anyone remember him as US TV private investigator Matt Houston?) plays a headteacher whose life is turned on its head when a son he didn't know he had suddenly appears on the scene, stirring up much family tension and jealousy. The soapy storyline exerts some pull, but the direction from Nancy Malone is strictly by the book.
