Review

A star rating of 3 out of 5.

Kept in nappies by his man-hating mother, taunted by his psycho sister and desired by a well-meaning social worker, life has been anything but easy for teenager David Manzy, and it's going to get worse. Director Ted Post makes a decent fist of this distinctly bizarre horror film and is rewarded with good performances from the likes of Ruth Roman, Marianna Hill and Anjanette Comer, though his use of actual footage depicting mentally disabled children is in very poor taste.
