Hard Drive

Despite some nods towards current concerns with the internet, this is essentially another sleazy, soulless erotic thriller. Leo Damian plays a grown-up child star, who now hides away from the public eye and spends his time surfing the net. He manages to find the perfect woman but their fantasies soon get out of control and he finds himself up to his neck in murder and blackmail. Old troupers Edward Albert Jr and Stella Stevens are on hand to bring a little class to the affair and a little bit more thought than normal has gone into the script. Ultimately, though, this is a formulaic erotic thriller.
