Summary
About to turn forty, two cousins decide to travel to Buenos Aires province, especially to the countryside, motivated by a common family background: their grandparents survived the Holocaust. The grandfather they have in common, the family's patriarchal figure, had four daughters in three different cities: Warsaw, Paris and Buenos Aires. Their mothers are two of them. "Salomon" is a documentary based on narratives and reflections. It is the register of a family reunion, and a quest through dense past layers. While the protagonists are in a life-time quest, in this particular trip, they will realize that, to some extent, they more like brothers rather than cousins.
