Two bored kids concoct a scheme to rip off hole-in-the-wall cash machines, but find themselves out of their league when the scam brings them into contact with international baddies engaged in a similar but far more subversive activity. Lee Montgomery and Sam Bottoms are attractive leads, and there's a good baddie from veteran Keenan Wynn. Worth making a withdrawal.
