Thriller starring Patty Duke. When a woman witnesses a brutal murder and gives evidence at the ensuing trial, her life becomes a terrifying ordeal.
The excellent Patty Duke - an Oscar winner in 1962 for The Miracle Worker - stars in a laudable attempt to combine adultery, alcoholism, stalking and grievous bodily harm in one woman's rather hectic life. Margot Kidder, she of Superman fame and the very public breakdown, appears in a cast that also includes the usually reliable James Farentino. If there is a soupçon too much going on, it is at least a movie which tries to cover up any slack in the script.
