A star rating of 2 out of 5.

Vittorio De Sica is a pickpocket who cajoles his beautiful daughter Sophia Loren, into acting as his assistant. Complications arise when Loren, acting as a honey trap for a couple of crooks out to rob an honest cabby, finds her own feelings start to stir when the taxi driver, Marcello Mastroianni falls for her. A modest romantic comedy, it's notable as the first-time pairing of Loren and Mastroianni, and as the film where Loren first showed a penchant for comedy.
