Summary
The Mesquiteers capture a horse thief who escapes justice through a crooked judge. They gather signatures urging the governor to investigate but a friend with the petition is murdered. Stony is accused.

The Three Mesquiteers grubstake an old miner, who strikes it rich and summons them to share in his good fortune. A pre-Stagecoach John Wayne is the star of this routine B-western, along with Ray Corrigan and Max Terhune. Silent star William Farnum plays the old-timer, who is killed off by the bad guys who then try to pin the blame on Wayne.
