A depressingly ordinary TV movie, in which the phrase "shop till you drop" takes on a new meaning when a group of people find themselves trapped in a shopping mall after a dam bursts. It's notable mainly for providing a rare screen role for Starsky and Hutch star David Soul, while Melrose Place's Robert Estes and The Commitments's Angeline Ball are the other familiar faces in the largely unknown cast.
