Summary

Betty Baker, a still very wealthy, but former socialite, and her husband, David Dunn, a former Chicago cop, who became a very successful private investigator, in New Orleans, decided to move to Virginia Beach, for the quiet life. They bought a "Ginger's Place Too", a large, old speakeasy with a late 40s-50s feel and theme, and turned it into the hottest black tie burlesque club in the city, where they can be found on stage performing to a packed house every night. That was the extend of their excitement, but that all changed, one night, with the discovery of the murdered body of David Dunn's old friend, Steven Knight, backstage. That was just the beginning for the couple, when the club becomes a center for intrigue with cops, spies, terrorists, and Betty's mother, the indomitable Fashion Queen, all stopping by for a "visit."
