Review

A star rating of 1 out of 5.

Even such accomplished actors as Angie Dickinson (Police Woman) and Charles Haid (Hill Street Blues's Renko) can't save this dreadful disaster tale. Based on the book by Jerome Chandler, this story follows the 1985 Delta Airlines crash at Dallas/Ft Worth airport (only 15 people survived). A dull, overwrought melodrama with one depressing incident after another, the film shows rescue workers trying to save passengers, and the aftermath of their ordeal.
