Review
Canadian comedy featuring Airplane!'s Robert Hays as Bob, a well-meaning social worker, who, fed up with their business practices and profiteering, rallies against the phone, gas and electric companies. Brooke Adams plays Marion, a cop with divided loyalties - determined to curb Hays's activities on the one hand, but at the same time harbouring romantic feelings towards him. The film has its heart in the right place but mislays its funny bone most of the time. Some nice scenes and some unexpected crude humour, but overall another case of wasted potential.
