The Dentist II

The tagline "You know the drill" sums it all up rather nicely. But if you don't, here's a résumé. The original Dentist was a surprisingly funny and nasty horror that sent blackboard-scraping chills up the spine. The good news is that Brian Yuzna's sequel is just as black, just as gruesome and will convince another generation of fans to put the annual dental check-up on hold. Corbin Bernsen is back as the psychopathic gum mutilator, resuming practice after escaping from an asylum. However, those old problems of decay, plus the arrival of nosey parkers, soon has him spitting - and spilling - blood.
