Summary

Drama charting the story of the `Busby Babes' - the Manchester United side who became the youngest-ever winners of the English Football League in 1956. Having won the league again in 1957, the team reaches the quarter-finals of the European Cup in 1958 - but disaster strikes as they return from the match in Belgrade, when their charter plane crashes following a refuelling stop in Munich. The disaster claims the lives of 23 people, including eight players - and with manager Matt Busby in a critical condition, coach Jimmy Murphy tries to rebuild the shattered team. Starring David Tennant, Jack O'Connell, Sam Claflin and Dougray Scott.
