Our Score
This is the one where "Hulk" Hogan gets to dress up like a ballerina and aims to entertain what one assumes is his main fan base: young children. In a variation on the concept of youngsters inflicting humiliation on grown-ups, Hogan plays a former wrestler who winds up as bodyguard-cum-nanny to two troublesome brats, whose father is under threat because he has invented a super microchip. Of course, along the way dad learns to love his neglected children, who in turn learn to become more responsible. Hogan draws on his wrestling training to make the most of his many pratfalls, although he is on shakier ground during the more sensitive moments. The best performance comes from former New York Dolls singer David Johansen as a ludicrously over-the-top baddie, but director Michael Gottlieb lacks the flair to stage the ingenious slapstick that made the first Home Alone movie such a massive hit.

Summary

A former wrestler thinks his manager has got him a new job as a bodyguard, only to find he has actually been hired to look after a scientist's children. The bumbling tough guy has to cope with the youngsters' mischievous pranks, while also trying to foil a criminal mastermind plotting to steal their father's latest invention. Comedy, starring Hulk Hogan and David Johansen.
