Review

Rating: 3 out of 5.

Apart from running out of funny things for Dudley Moore and son Kirk Cameron to do once they have traded places, this body-swap caper is surprisingly good value. Giggling and scurrying for all he is worth, Moore whoops it up as the surgeon reliving his teens, and his performance is not a million miles behind the one that earned Tom Hanks an Oscar nomination in Big. It is something of a puzzle that Cameron's career never really went anywhere, as, on the strength of this turn, he is obviously an accomplished comic actor.
